Cody's story begins in Tampa, Florida, where he spent his formative years. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve, serving in Tampa with the 4th Amphibious Assault Vehicle Unit. Even amidst his military duties, Cody pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Upon completing his studies, Cody ventured into the real estate industry, initially working as a Mortgage Loan Advisor before transitioning to the role of a Real Estate Agent. With seven years of experience under his belt, Cody has assisted a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, investors, and retirees. His knack for simplifying complex processes ensures that clients feel confident every step of the way, from securing a mortgage to finalizing a home purchase or sale.

Outside of work, Cody leads an active lifestyle, indulging in various sports such as volleyball, golf, softball, and tennis. He also cherishes moments spent on the water, whether it's fishing expeditions or leisurely boat outings under the sun.
